從始於台灣錄像藝術的基礎及養份， TKG+ 拓展了畫廊以藝術家創作為核心，展覽為主體的運作思考，進一步在藝術經濟體系中描繪當代藝術的圖像；當國籍、觀念和形式跨越地方後，在連結全球的當下， TKG+ 也成為了一個座標。這同時也呼應著負責人暨藝術總監吳悅宇在經營當代藝術畫廊時對自我的定位：運作一間以當代藝術為主軸的畫廊機構，就如同行走於藝術史與當代生活之間的介面上，在這狀態中，藝術與經濟並非互斥的概念，它是當代的面貌之一，也是反思的途徑之一，持續動態地調整自身，才是朝著藝術理想一步步實踐的路徑。
