1867年，郭元益於士林老店以一根扁擔起家，即士林總店現址，一樓老店的嶄新風格展現郭元益與時俱進的創新精神，四樓主要空間為DIY手作教室，遊戲歡樂廳、五樓博物館記錄了台灣餅食文化的軌跡。也提供國內外觀光遊客體驗手作糕餅的樂趣，讓糕餅傳承出新，融教育休閒文化於一體。
配合節慶推出，各式各樣手作課程，讓您選擇，首推懷舊鳳梨酥，台灣美食，嚴選來自台南關廟農民在地契作的17號金鑽鳳梨，堅持以鳳梨7冬瓜3的黃金比例打造冠軍內餡，外皮也特別選用荷蘭無水奶油與紐西蘭奶粉製作，另外也添加些許的丹麥起司粉讓口味甜而不膩。
