Rockella offers high-quality, naturally lit creative studio spaces at affordable prices. We provide a safe environment that allows creatives to maximize their potential while also building a community where collaborative relationships can be fostered. Today, we occupy three factory buildings in Brooklyn and Queens, offering over 300 spaces that all retain an industrial aesthetic, old-world charm, and architectural hints to the history of the creative lives they once hosted. Attracting a diverse community of aspiring contemporary fine artists, entrepreneurs, freelancers, small businesses, and start-ups with a creative edge, our self-contained, sun-filled private workspaces give our tenants the much-needed space, privacy, and inspiration.
