這是玉溪有容教育基金會於2012年在陽明山的山腰上打造的一個石雕展館。園裡除了提供語音導覽，介紹園主多年來收藏的各類石雕文物之外，還有一個面對著觀音山與淡水河，由植物與石雕交錯而成的雅緻花園。展館地下室則有擺滿了各類書籍的咖啡館，為觀眾提供公平貿易咖啡、有機茶、自製蛋糕等與招牌的健康套餐（請前日預約），並不定期進行各類藝文講座與活動，未來也將朝著「非正規教育場域」的目標邁進。
棲身於山間的Garden91草山玉溪，成立初衷只為分享，希望能為普羅大眾提供一個寧靜優雅，暫且避開煩囂之境。數年下來，它漸成一個都市中的小綠洲，吸引了各國遊客來此一探，或特來享用好食材的樸素良食。總之，山中四季，各有風情；是晴是雨，都是風光，都是好時光。
