The Hal Bromm Gallery was the first contemporary art gallery established in Tribeca. It was located at 10 Beach Street before moving to 114 Franklin Street in 1976 and then relocated to its current location at 90 W Broadway in 1977.
The gallery has had relationships with artists such as Keith Haring (his first solo show at an art gallery was held here in 1981), Rosemarie Castoro, David Wojnarowicz, Luis Frangella, Michael Goldberg, Keith Sonnier, Kiki Smith, Andre Cadere, and Krzysztof Wodiczko to name just a few.
The Hal Bromm Gallery prides itself on its strong relationships with other galleries and museums, both locally and outside of New York.
